• "Booking" refers to the reservation of a Chef's services for a specified date and time.

3. Account Registration

4. Booking Process

Our platform facilitates connections between Customers and Chefs:

• Customers can browse Chef profiles, availability, and pricing
• Bookings are confirmed upon payment authorization
• Cancellation policies vary by Chef and are clearly displayed

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through our secure payment system:

• Full payment is required to confirm a Booking
• We charge a service fee of 15% of the total Booking amount
• Refunds are subject to the Chef's cancellation policy

6. Chef Responsibilities

Chefs using our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their skills and experience
• Arrive on time for confirmed Bookings
• Maintain proper food safety and hygiene standards
• Carry appropriate insurance where required by law

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers using our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the event or meal requirements
• Ensure the cooking space is safe and properly equipped
• Communicate any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance
• Treat Chefs with respect and professionalism

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by Chef but generally:

• Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Full refund
• Cancellations 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 72 hours before the event: No refund

Specific cancellation terms will be displayed during the booking process.

9. Liability

CookDoCook acts solely as an intermediary between Customers and Chefs:

• We are not responsible for the quality of Chef services
• We are not liable for any food-related illnesses or allergies
• Customers and Chefs interact at their own risk

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including logos, text, and images, is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Privacy
